Ingredients
TRISCUIT Crackers
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) garlic and herb cheese spread
2 Tbsp. salt-free everything seasoning
2 green onions (green parts only)
Directions
  1. Mix cheeses until blended; shape into oval shape to resemble football. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  3. Cut green onion tops into 1 (4-inch) length and 4 (2-inch) lengths. Use to add laces to football as shown in photo.
  4. Serve with crackers.

Recipe Tips

Special Extra: Instead of discarding the white parts of the green onions, chop them up and mix them with the cheese mixture before shaping into football shape as directed.

Note: If wanting to prepare the cheese spread more than 2 hours in advance, shape the cheese mixture into the football shape as directed but do not coat it with the seasoning. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 3 days. When ready to serve, unwrap the cheese spread, coat it with the seasoning and garnish with green onion pieces as directed.
